First off, the symptoms listed in this topic pretty much follow my symptoms. However, due to the lack of response as to the end result I have no idea if this lead to pregnancy or something else. However, I've had the same partner for around three years now and we've had unprotected sex before so I'm hoping that rules out the possibility of STI (if it doesn't I'm pretty sure we know who's going to get a sex change soon ---spoiler:it's not me---). But alas, I need to not stress over this... no matter the end result. For one I have enough to worry about with college and all that jazz, and two the last time I was pregnant I got extremely stressed out and ended up miscarrying and would like to not go through that cycle again. :| Pleaaase please take mercy on me, give me yes or no answers (backed up with proof, please) and keep in mind that I'm about as financially stable as a third world country so I'd like to not end up wasting my precious tiny cash flow on something that will tell me I don't have to pick out names...
Also, stress has not happened until today when my roommate (who because by the grace of mother nature has gifted me with a menstruation partner in that we start at most a day after on another) told me that she just got off her period which made me want to find out if she was early or if I'm late. Also, finals don't stress me... I typically act like they're no different then any other exam and do well on them that way...

Hi Guest,

The changes in urine, smell and appearance, could be due to a UTI.  Even certain foods can make it smell differently.

The only real way to know is to take a home test.  I realize your financial situation isn't that good but you need to know and it can reduce your stress.  Since your almost synced with your roommate, very common by the way, you should be several days past due.  Take the test.  Use your first morning urine as it is more concentrated and liable to produce an earlier positive (if you're pregnant).  Follow all directions and times carefully.

There is no other way short of either a urine or blood test.  Your other symptoms are non specific.

Hope it helps, good luck.  Please post back with the results.
