First off, I'd like to start by saying that I'm a nineteen year-old female and I suspect I might be having some sort of medical problem(s) but I don't have the money nor the health insurance to really cover a visit to the doctor at the moment so some credible insight would really be helpful!

I moved away from home about six months ago and I had frequently experienced some sort of irregularity with my period while I was home - it would come every month, but the time always varied and ranged from the beginning of the month to the end of the month, never a regimented number of days to count by.

I'd say four months ago, my period essentially stopped coming all together. I was worried I was pregnant at first even though I had used a condom but test after test said negative. Then last month, February, about mid-month, I had an unmistakable period with all of the glorious emotional and physical baggage that comes with it. I was very relieved, but now I'm worried again as I'm missing this month's period and I'm not concerned with being pregnant...

Secondly, and more imortantly, about a week and a half ago I was experiencing some very strange symptoms and I honestly thought I was having a heart attack. I googled my symptoms and two things seemed to fit them the best - excessive caffeine use and/or symptoms of anxiety.

I was almost positive it was the excessive caffeine as I had soley been drinking pop for the longest time, but I cut that out of my diet now and I'm excersising and trying to eat healthier while I still feel strange sometimes and I am genuinely worried...

I experience the following symptoms (though not all may be related as they don't usually occur at the same time):

-Trembling/ feeling shaky or weak
-A strange, sharp shooting pain in the right upper portion of my head, around the temple area, which only lasts for just a few seconds
-Light-headedness
-Unexpectedly feeling hot or flushed or I get the chills
-Since doctors always tend to ask this question and mine has been abnormal this past week and a halfish: my stool has been loose/boardering diarrhea and tending to be pale in color -- also, I have been experiencing a lot of mucus-like substance in my stool and I do not have any sort of a cold.
-Pounding/racing and maybe palpitations of the heart
-A feeling of suffocation or that I have to force myself to breathe or else I may stop breathing
-Occasional discomfort in my chest (not a pain, persay, but a definite discomfort)
-A worry or fear that I may have a seisure/heart attack/stroke/die (I say this as to not rule out anxiety as the sole issue of all of these symptoms)
-A general feeling of... 'weirdness,' there's not really much more I can say other than I feel very off at times, very strange

These feelings tend to be worse/occur when I'm about to sleep or late in the afternoon when I'm relaxing.

I know I must sound like some sort of hypochondriac or an up-tight, frantic schizoid and I apologize, but I'm honestly worried - my body has never acted this way before and I know it's abnormal and I am just concerned about my health.

Please, PLEASE help if you can!!

Oh, I've been experiencing something like insomnia... or just that I find that I often can't sleep and when I do, I either wake up frequently during the night for long periods of time or when I do sleep it is simply just short - not like 7-9 hours like I used to get.

Are you depressed? Have you lost interest in any activities that you do routinely? If so, most your symptoms point to something called "Psychotic Depression". If you are under a lot of stress, and I mean A LOT, this condition is probably the one. Contact your doctor, and he'll most likely give you some prozac. Maybe steroids for your heart and lungs.

It my be your gallbladder. When your gallbladder is bad you can feel like you're having a heart attack. That's what happened to me. I thought I was having a panic attack at first. Also, you should get checked for endometriosis. I say that because of how you describe your periods.

Yes, upon reading this my first thought was gallbladder... The "heart" symptoms and pale stool are part of that.
