Your school has a tough policy on using the washroom no wonder you are feeling stressed out.
I had similar problems with needing to pee and holding it but they need to do what they can to help you not make things more difficult.
Maybe if you went to your doctor and got a note explaining your problem and telling them that when you need to pee you can’t hold it until the time when they let you use the bathroom they would drop this idiotic policy for you.
If this does not resolve the problem then with your parents go directly to the school board and explain your issue if they won’t help let them know you plan on telling your local news paper about the idiotic policies your school has.
It is something you may have to fight a bit for but it is a human rights issue when they deprive you from using the washroom and possibly having an accident and wetting yourself.
There are many kids that have trouble holding it when they need to pee and many kids that have bedwetting problems your school needs to provide support and understanding for you not punish you for needing to pee.
Make copies of the note from your doctor start with your teacher then go to the school nurse or councillor and the principal of your school or whoever is in charge then if needed go to the school board or news paper.
Hope you can get them to change their stupid policy school is tough enough without having to worry all day about having an accident with the help of your parents and doctor you can change this stupid policy they have.
Hope it helps.
With you finding it tough coping with the problem you have and what they are doing to you because of not letting you go to the washroom when you have to.
There is a good support group for kids with the same problems it is called ERIC.
If you search for ERIC UK you can find it there is lots of good support and information there.
Hope it helps.
