okay so i'm 16 and about 2 days ago i had sex with my boyfriend, it was unprotected but i have the contraceptive bar. later that night my vagina started to get sore and its now slightly swollen and red. i have this lumpy creamy substance looks something like porridge/oatmeal coming out of my vagina? i'm afraid to tell my mam, does anybody know what this is from and is it normal or should i be worried? i'd appreciate your help..

It's not 'normal', but common. Sound like a vaginal yeast infection. You should be able to get OTC fungicidal cream.
