Hey im a 16yr old male and my voice hasnt broken nor have ive had voice cracks. Ive had armpit hair since i was 13, and i was able to ejaculate when i was 14. I am also 6'3.
Im getting quite concerned because all and i mean all my friends have deep voices and i still have a girly voice.
Is this normal? please give me advice.

You're normal.
We don't all develop at the same rates/times. In some guys it just takes things longer to happen. Your voice may not "break" either. It can just gradually gets lower as you get older.
You have normal signs of puberty. Just give it time.
