I am 13, 5'1" turning 14 in the fall, I have short armpit hairs and short (few black similar to my hair) around the base of my penis. I am mostly wondering when will my voice change and when will I get taller, Ive gotten no voice cracks but I get pain in my adams apple more frequently this past week.

It is hard to say when your voice will change and when you will get taller as everyone grows and develops at different rates and times.
I can tell you for 13 you are developing just as you should be and you are no where near being done growing so all the changes you are hoping for will happen as you continue to grow and develop.
