I see creepy things that aren't there at all

So, where to start. But I'm a 13 year old female and I think I've gone mentally insane. Every night I watch my door slowly open and slam shut (that's from the wind) but while the door dose that I see a little black figure standing there, he looks as human as a black blob can get, but I was recently on a trip across country. And I kept seeing this women (looks a little like the grudge) now at first I saw her walk across the door way, then i saw her float across the door way at about couch level, this all happened In just about 15-20 minutes. But after that it was about midnight, and I saw her crawl across the doorway to a chair just across the room from the door, I watched her for about 30 minutes! She sat on the chair and watched me, I don't do drugs at all. Don't drink, but this has all been happening since I was 5. Once a year I would hear a whole bunch of people get together in a room and talk,(like a meeting) but there was no one there! But that was when I was 5 and a lot has progressed from there. Anyways my question is if I should tell anyone about this? Or maybe you could tell me if I have anything wrong with me .
