If you have had a period after coming off birth control, then it is possible that you could become pregnant. However, the fact that you missed one period does not necessarily mean that you are pregnant. There are many reasons why you might miss a period, including stress, changes in weight or exercise habits, or hormonal changes related to coming off birth control.

If you are concerned that you might be pregnant, the best way to find out is to take a pregnancy test. You can take a home pregnancy test as soon as you miss a period, or you can make an appointment with your healthcare provider for a more reliable test.

It's also important to keep in mind that it can take some time for your menstrual cycle to regulate after coming off birth control. It's not unusual to experience some irregularities in your periods for the first few months, so don't be too alarmed if you miss a period or have a different cycle length than usual.

If you are trying to conceive, it's a good idea to start tracking your menstrual cycle and using ovulation prediction tools to help you identify your most fertile days. This can help increase your chances of getting pregnant.
