I stopped taking my birth control last month 10/2011 when i had my period on 10/12/2011. My husband and i have had sex a few times after my period but he always pulled out. He is terified to get me pregnant. He has 4 kids and I have 1. Well I am a week late on my period and have had alot of pressure in my lower stomach. I am also bloated and constipated. I took a pregnancy test 4 days after my missed period and it said negative, but it was the walmart genaric kind. Also a couple of days ago I had some gel like mucus discharge on my pantys when I went to the bathroom. It was alot or a big clump of gel mucus and had a brown/yellow tint. I have also been having discharge like that of when im ovelating but I havent had a period this month. Ive had minor cramps and feel tired and have headaces alot. I am also diabetic. Please help!

does sound like pregnancy symptoms. if i was you i would wait until you are due your next period, then if it doesnt come take another test and then if it says negative again wait again for your next. sometimes birth controls messes up your cycle. but i would wait til your due your next period and if there is no show take another test. :)

That is a long time to wait.... I have a doctors appt. Wednesday so hopfully ill find out.
