I am 17 years old and i had sex with my boyfriend unprotected and he did not cum inside me at all he pulls out before he cums i am also on birth control and have never missed a pill this month i had brown discharge every day and had no period while i was on my sugar pills i went to the doctors and took 2 pregnancy tests at the doctors and one home pregnancy test and they were all negative . I feel bloating all the time could i be pregnant ?

Sounds to me like you're not pregnant, you could have a mild yeast infection but other than that you should be fine. Having sex right before your period is supposed to come could postpone it for a while so just relax.
On the other hand you could have taken the test too early, wait at least 2 more weeks and if you haven't gotten your period take another couple pregnancy test.
