Hello,
It's really normal for your periods not to be regular at your age, and VERY VERY rare to have cervical cancer at 14. also, we are all different shapes and sizes.
I believe some of the symptoms of cervical cancer is bleeding after sex. I think you're probably stressed about other stuff and your focusing on this particular worry?
See your doctor, i'm sure he/she will understand and put your mind at rest, remember, they see and hear all sorts of things from their patients.
I hope this has helped.

Well,
You have to understand that you don’t have to be ashamed of this in any way. You need to talk to your mother about this because she will be able to help you or to take you to the doctor and then you will be able to run some test and see what is the main cause of your problem. You are still very young and you have to understand that you will experience many changes in next several years and your body needs to be healthy as much as it can. You need to see a doctor to see if this is really caused by a cancer.
All the best,
Nelie
