My age is 30 years .my foreskin is on the glans and i think that for this reason my discharge time is less than normal time and the length of my penis is also small so pls tel me that what me should do to increse the sex time and how i long my penis. And also tell that how i can back my foreskin from the glans parmanently becouse i think that my early discharge and small length of penis is from the foreskin who is on the glans so how i can back the foreskin parmanently from the glans.

At 30, I suggest you see your urologist. THis is normal for a teenager but as you get older your skin changes. It can tear when you try to pull it back. See your urologist for an exam.

Your glans is also very likely sensitive due to constantly being covered. Normally it would be exposed at times and that helps it become less sensitive - so you last longer.

Don't try to force it back yourself. It can cause paraphimosis which is a true medical emergency.

Average penis size for an adult is 5 - 5 1/2". There is a surgical procedure that can give you an extra inch but it makes the penis "floppy." Basically they sever some ligaments at the base so that it hangs "lower."

There are no other methods to increase penis size.
