Hi! I'm a 14 year-old female. I weigh 117 lbs. and I am 5'7" tall. I really want to be ATLEAST 100 lbs. I want to be my old self a year ago when I used to weigh 85 lbs. Is there anything I can do to lose weight?

Sweetheart, you are absolutely not overweight at that weight, not at all. 120 to 135 pounds would be good. Maybe look at reshaping by working on building some muscle if you're not liking your overall shape. Eat well, exercise, and live an otherwise healthy lifestyle. But most of all know you are fine just the way you are.
