Your weight is a number. At age 13, there is so much changing going on in your body that "ideal" just isn't something that can be accurately calculated. Are you fit? Do you exercise? How bad is your diet? These things are more relevant than your weight to height ratio (your BMI...which says every body builder is obese).
Focus on your health and fitness FOR YOUR PERSONAL HAPPINESS, rather than comparing yourself to others and what the media/social media is telling you is ideal. Stay away from junk food (sugars, soft drinks, 2000 calorie coffee mixes) and get out and be active. Your body weight and shape will adjust and you will feel better about yourself.
