No need to say sorry. That is why we are here. You should know that this condition may be called autoimmune hemolytic anemia. That is an abnormality of the immune system that destroys red blood cells prematurely. Nobody knows the exact cause for this. Symptoms for the disease are: low red blood cells count, shortness of breath, enlarged spleen, dark urine, etc. In some cases removal of the spleen is the solution, but before that prednisone therapy is usually done.
