It's unlikely, but not impossible, that you can get pregnant while on your period, especially if it's early in your period.
You don't ovulate, release an egg until usually between days 11-16 of your cycle. Day 1 is the day your period starts. You are probably at less than day 5-6 on your period.
Sperm can live about 5 days though.
Plan B may be an option if you want and it's been less than about 72 hours. You'd need to see your doctor though.
