I'm 18 years of age and I have yet to have an actual erection. My penis does recieve some blood flow, I've noticed, because it does grow a little bit. I cannot, however, get hard enough to penetrate a girl. I have never been able to get that hard. When I am fooling around with my girlfriend I can have that little growth and then it sometimes just goes away. I can still cum and everything of that sort but the hardness is the problem. This is NOT a mental problem...trust me. I recently went to the doctor about it but unfortunately he is absolutely puzzled by my case and said that he's never even heard of someone my age that has never achieved an erection. He said I might venus leaks? What is your opinion on this situation. Any help or advice would be extremely apprectiated. Thank you.

Hmm , when you're in a sexual moment with your girlfriend , i request ... Viagra , I don't think your problem can be cured ... BESIDES increasing your blood pressure in your lower body . That my friend , could cause a dysfunction . Heads up , don't loose hope. ;-)

Try exercising to increase blood flow of the body and try health supplements like fish oil, krill oil or flax seed oil.

Sounds like if your doctor was worth his salt, he'd have looked up the reason and gotten back to you. I agree with whoever suggest you go to a urologist, or some other doctor who specializes in the nether regions (prostate expert?). You have to get it checked out because it might be due to something serious...perhaps there is something really wrong with your circulation. Maybe there is a blood clot? I have no idea as I'm not an expert.
Good luck to you! You'll get it figured out, just gotta find the right doc.

You ought to report this physician to the AMA. Go see a specialist called an endocrinologist, mostly likely need to see your family doctor for a referral. Does your parents know you are having these medical issues? If not, you need to tell them immediately, it is not a part of growing up either. The endocrinologist will do a chromosome smear from swap inside your mouth. Don't be fearful the exams are painless, except one or two. He will probably have you drop your pants, do a finger digital exam inside your rectum, if you relax like getting an enema you'll do fine. If you tighten your buttocks and get scared it will hurt somewhat in the beginning going through the anal opening. The physican will also check the firmness of your testes for lumps and soreness. Then he will have you to pee in a cup for the lab. May draw some blood for further testing of your hormone levels. After few weeks the physican will have you to report back for follow up of the test. May ask you to masturbate into a cup to check for active sperm count. The chromosome smear will be a stain test for your XY matching, and/or may just check your semen fluid inside your gland, which is inside your rectum. If you have a choice go jerk off into a lab cup, getting your semen fluid check is quite painful - inserts a needle inside your prostrate gland, usually done only when PSA is over normal levels.
Highly doubtful that you have prostrate issues at 18. If you work around lead or chemcials you make sure you let the doctors know that upfront.
From what your saying, sounds like a small infection in your bladder, not prostratsis - your too young unless you engage in taboo activities. What concerns me is that you claim you have never had an erection, but you do experience "wet dreams" and notice fluid coming from your penis. You could have a low count of testrosome, which will stop you from getting an erection. Thyroid or endocrine gland can cause these symptoms. Tell your doctor if you have ever had mumps, measles or been overseas in last 5 years. However, highly doubtful of what mentioned first about veins. Have you ever been injured in the groin area, are your testicles sore to touch, if yes to any of these - you need to speak with your parents ASAP (as soon as possible), if your in the military - you need to talk with your Commanding Officer in private, but go through the Chain of Command as taught, just say "Must see Base Physician, as it is private.", If they refuse you contact me ASAP...Kleinfelters Syndrome is possible, but if your in the military, you will be discharged immediately with a possible medical pension, as you should have never been admitted to join. Kleinfelters is not deadly, but you were born with it, you can born children ever as you are sterile. However you can live a fruitful full life with no complications ahead if treated. Kleinfelters is not uncommon either in the USA, however, again don't get alarmed until you see a specialist and your parents about your sexual issues. Resolve and best future with these issues while your still young.

Find what really turns you on and go after that. If your into like feet then dont be shy, do what turns you on. You gotta find that one or two things that just make u really hard. Theres no point trying to get hard if what your doing with your girlfriend doesnt really 'get you going'.
