I'm 15 and can't get an erection when I try to masturbate should I be concerned? I also have a low sex drive. I'm very healthy and active(I eat Mostly vegetarian and do intense cardio everyday) (I'm lean and toned) and have never used drugs or drank alcohol in my life. I'm not on any meds either. Lately though I have been sleeping and eating less than usual too. I understand stress can cause this and I have been very stressed lately but it's no different than I've been all year. I've also been sick a lot lately headaches and colds... Should I be concerned and see a doctor(which would emberass me) or should I give it some time and try to relax. Any help is appreciated!

Hi Guest,
Do you wake up with an erection? Do you get them randomly?
Is this just something that happens when you try to masturbate? Do you have nocturnal emissions?
At this point it is unlikely to be serious. I'm assuming you are in puberty, have normal physical development (pubic hair, testicle enlargement, penis growth, etc.) Your level of activity and stress can most certainly contribute to erectile issues.
Try to relax and then see what happens.
