I'm 19 and suffer from this same thing as well. It's horrible! :-( I find it weird that we are all about the same age, do ya'll think it could have anything to do with hormones? Anyways mine all started when I stopped taking birth control pills, which was about a year ago. I just recently got back on them 2 days ago, hoping maybe this could help me. I don't my boyfriend keeps saying it's all in my head, but idk the more I think about it, the worse I feel. Although I don't actually throw up, I constantly feel nausea and feel like I need to go to the emergency room. Help please! I want to get my life back. Anyone who else feels like this, I'm so sorry and I hope we can all start feeling better real soon!

My daughter has been suffering exactly the same symptoms for the last 2 years, she's now 10 years old and is finding this really hard to cope everyday at school. It's affecting her whole life and the doctor's don't have a clue why ! I feel that they assume that I'm an over anxious mother as even the consultant has prescribed her meds to cure the anxiety that the sickness has caused rather than a med to take away the nausea. I'm at my wits end now and have just started taking her to counselling to help her to live with this as no one seems to be able to cure her. If anyone finds out why this is happening please let me know. I'm desparate for my daughter.

I'm 19 also. Ive been having nausea problems since July of 2010. If I go somewhere I am always afraid I'm going to get sick. I feel very tired all the time. I do get nervous a lot and I'm sure some of that is prolly the reason why I feel sick to my stomach all the time. If I eat certain foods or too much food I will feel like getting sick. But I may have found a little solution to help with the nausesousness. I found if you chew minty gum and lay down. Your belly will start to feel better. Also.. drinking eggnog will coat your stomach so you don't feel like throwing up as much. I rarely ever throw up so it's just a very weird feeling in my belly. The gum I prefer to chew is 5 gum by Wrigley. It's the black gum and the package looks black and light green and blue. I tear off little pieces at a time. So I dont waste it. I have not gone to the doctor yet. And I am debtating whether or not to go. As from the previous comments it's making me wonder of there is a cure.

i have had on and off issues with nausea. nothing like i am reading here. but i feel for all of you. its HORRIBLE. if I can be of any help, that's wonderful. I am 29, and it all started just over a year ago. mine starts up after a bowel movement, and continues for a few weeks. then i will have some normal months. so its not constant, but its just as annoying.. and i miss quite a bit of work because of it. i have found that if yours seems related to bowel movements, taking an immodium has helped a lot during my current incident. another thing i recommend if Promethazine for the nausea. this stuff works wonders. its not a cure, but if you need nausea relief - it has not failed me yet. just be careful how much you take, because it is also a sleep aid.. makes me very drousy. unfortunately this is all the help i can be. all my tests have come back negative. for the one who gets this at night, you should look into gall bladder issues. im still exploring that path myself. i hope you all start feeling better. it really is not fair that you all have to go day to day suffering like this. it really takes away from your quality of life, and the fact that docs cant help - is really disturbing!

i can't believe how many other people have this same problem! I too get nausea and bloating and feel like I'm on the verge of vomiting, for hours at a time but nothing comes of it. It's no particular food or due to stress or anything. I just cannot think what it could be. I've given up on drs. Last time I went they said it was anxiety and put me on antidepressants!! They only made me sweat, gave me nightmares and made me gain weight like crazy! What could this possibly be?? Let's hope a dr or nutritionist or someone stumbles across this post one day! :-( good luck guys!

wow this is comforting to realize that this many people have this issue, I really do think that it is primarily stress/anxiety related and that it has to do with fear of rejection or something like that seriously... so I began to pray about it (to Jesus Christ), and then, it slowly went away as I kept confronting it, by staying out a little later like past 7pm (which usually would trigger "it" if in an unusual atmosphere)... usually I would have to go home by like 6:30pm every night just to not get sick... but that was so lame. So here is my advise seek Jesus and the person who said marijuana helped, I don't know how long that will last before your body gets sick from that friend... just my thoughts for the past 5-6 months.

I have been having this problem for 2 or 3 months. Its wierd though because it only seems to happen 1/2 way thru my birth control pills. Ive been taking my pills for 6 years and never had problem before. Ive been really tired thru out the day and then at night around 8ish I usually get this big migraine headache that makes me get dry heaves. But once I dry heave Im fine. My blood preasure goes down after that. Its really wierd. Its only like 1/2 thru my pills for a few days then Im fine. Ive also went to the doctor and they did mri and all sorts of xrays because I thought I was having heart attack or something. My ribs had hurt and i couldnt keep anything down. They thought I was just stressed out. I think its these stupid bc pills that are making my hormones all messed up. Not sure why now but who knows. I could about take a nap the past few days. I have a 2 year old daughter though so its kind of hard lol. But yes..ive also went to doctor. Mine comes and goes. They took blood and everything was ok. Im going off my pills in another month so Im going to see what that does. Good luck everyone! If anything new comes up ...let me know!

I would feel sick and tired all the time for about 2 years. I was going to the doctor and getting tested for everything, from anemia to diabetes. In the end I was diagnosed with Celiac's disease (gluten allergy). I had to ask my doctor to test for it because she didn't think to. Could possibly have something to do with it?

Have you ever tried going to a different doctor for a second opinion or even a third or fourth? It might be aggravting and seem like you be getting no where but sooner than later somethings gotta work for you an your body. Yet we are all humans and have the same insides everyone is different. I myself am 20 an have had heart burn since i was about 15 i cant eat a lot of things with out knowing im about to get it. I try to stay away from it to avoid it, but anyways maybe its something your eating have u noticed any pattern on the days you get it of something u might of eaten? Just some things to keep in mind . Best of luck to you !

I'm 23. Within the last year I randomly get nauseaded atleast once a week, usually at night. I haven't been to a doctor, and no joke I'm serious when I say this..there is only 2 things that make it go away..sleeping and weed. Smoking marijuana rides me of all nausea no matter how bad it is.

Hello - I don't know if you ever found an answer to this problem, but if you did, I would love to know. My daughter is dealing with the same thing. It is horrible. I know what you mean in the anxiety being caused by the sickness and my daughter gets sick even taking the anxiety meds.

i think you have either gastric reflux disease,a stomach virus,or another stomach disease (but not ulcers, you would be coughing up blood.)
