I'm 24 years old and my Penis only erects to 4.3-4.5" inches long is this normal?

Your penis is smaller than average for an adult male, 5.1" erect.

Are you circumcised or not?  Guys with a foreskin often complain about how sensitive their glans is.  If you are uncircumised keep the head exposed so it touches your underwear more often.  It'll also tend to cause the skin to become thicker.

You can also learn to control how soon you ejaculate via 'edging."  As you approach orgasm focus on the feeling you get just before you ejaculate.  Then bring yourself to that point and stop.  Let the feeling go away and then bring yourself back to that point.  Do it as often as you can. 

It takes time but you can learn to delay your ejaculation

As to your girlfriend leaving you, there is more to a relationship than the size of your genitals.  What would she have said if you complained about her breast or labia size?  You can't control it so don't focus on it.

You are below average in size, NOT abnormal. Lots of guys have penises smaller than average. Unfortunately there is little you can do.

Surgery is one option. It can, at best, get you maybe another inch. They do it by cutting the muscles that support your penis. Your penis will then be more "floppy."

The average vagina is about 3.6" long. You can still hit a woman's cervix and cause her pain during sex. You are plenty big enough to have enjoyable sex with your partner.
