Does masterbating with a pillow make you loose your virginity? I'm afraid that I'm not a virgin. I'm afraid to go to the gynecologist because I'm afraid she'll find out htat I'm not a virgin. Do I have to tell the Dr. I use to masterbate? It's been 8 months. I don't do that anymore because I feel ashamed. Please tell me if I'm a virgin or not because I'm very worried.

Yes, you're still a virgin. The only way a woman can lose her virginity (in the traditional definition) is if a penis enters her vagina. If that has not occurred, you are still a virgin.

You don't have to tell your gynecologist that you masturbate. If your hymen is broken, they won't automatically assume that you masturbate. Some women can have hymens broken from rigorous exercise, bike riding or horseback riding. The doctor is well-versed in female sexuality and is fine with the idea of you having had sex, masturbating, or simply having a broken hymen from normal exercise. Don't be afraid to go to the gynecologist.
