Ok so im Neely 16 and I have a bit of facial hair my pubes have started growing alot more in the past month I have not grown down there and I just precum when I wank but I heard being kicked in the nuts slows down puberty and when I was 7 I was climing a face to get my ball and slipped the spike on the fence when into my sack and just missed my testicle so now sometimes I get a bad pain in my sack when the scar is oh and im on 5ft4 I look like im 12 and sound it :/ please help me

You are in puberty. You have pubic and facial hair, those are clear indicators.
Not everyone develops at the same rate/time. Some guys get big early, others later. You are developing and as you said, "more in the past month." Sometimes things just happen slow.
Hang in there. Don't compare yourself to others.
