Hey Weraa

Ok so I'm female, as you asked for a females opinion I'll give it a whirl :-|  The 3 monthly contraceptive injection I think you may be referring to is called Depo-ProveraThis is 98-99% effective so firstly there is only a 1-2% chance of getting pregnant whilst taking it.  It is most unlikely for an average female with no health issues, not on any medication that they will fall into the 1-2% group so I think it highly unlikely you would be pregnant.  Infact if a female was wanting to become pregnant after stopping use of the injection this could take up to seven months, again reducing your chances of currently being pregnant.

Having a bladder infection does not effect the results of a pregnancy test.  A pregnancy test looks for the hormone HGC ( human chorionic gonadotropin ) This is either present in your urine indicating you are pregnant or it is not present indicating you are not pregnant and can't be influenced by a urine infection or any antibiotics yob may have been given to treat the infection.

If you think it is possible you have somehow fallen into the small percentage that become pregnant on this medication and you have passed the date your period would be due,  I would suggest getting another test done.  A test by a professional may be more accurate and they will be able to offer support and advice answering any questions you may have.  A pregnancy test should be free at your local family planning clinic or STI clinic.  If you are due another shot of the contraception mention your concerns at the appointment and they will test you before giving you the dose fort the next three months.

Your belly could be getting bigger for lots of reasons, you may have eaten more, you may be bloated,  the area may be inflamed due to the bladder infection.  At this early stage if there were a pregnancy you would have no change in belly size, this is often not till the 3rd or 4th month the mother can notice changes in herself, and sometimes 5-6 months before friends notice you have got bigger.  When you say you have all the symptoms of pregnancy again these vary from person to person, some people have no idea they are pregnant, having no symptoms, whilst others from early on notice cramps, darkening of the areola (area around the nipple), nausea, tiredness, mood changes, and sometimes a hairy strip can starts to develop from your navel to your pubic bone.  As above I think it highly unlikely, and would advise if you still feel it could be possible that you get a test done before your next 3 monthly injection.

I hope this has helped you.<3
