Hello,
to put it simply - pills alone can't do the work. They are just one of the means to help you lose weight, but without changing your eating habits and being physically active, Duromine alone usually isn't enough to constantly maintain the weight loss. You have to continuously burn calories to keep losing fat and Duromine is just an appetite suppressant, not something that would keep your metabolism rate high. That's where physical activity comes in.
How tall are you? 45kg is really a high goal you've set, not in a sense that you won't get there, but that's a really low weight - more likely to hear about that number as underweight.
Wish you all the best,
Nicole

You'll feel better even if you lose only 10 or 15 kg - you'll still be in normal range weight. Do you feel like Duromine is making you dizzy?
As far as motivation is concerned, it's hard to make someone else motivated - this is something you need to think about yourself and dedicate some time to this. To help you focus and find your own reasons why you should exercise (even if it's only an half an hour walk), you can make a list of all good things that weight loss could bring you, versus all the negatives of being overweight. However, if the medication is causing you to experience very bad side effects, than you should also see a doctor who prescribed you Duromine.
