I am currently on day six & thought I would share my journey so far. I am 27 years old. My start weight was 111.00 it's as weighed by the doctor :( I'm not sure on my height but it's around 170cm . I have never been a tiny person and I don't expect to be put I think losing some weight would benefit me health wise. I'm also trying to get pregnant so I'd like to lose weight to increase my chances. Day1: I experienced major bursts of energy and my team leader at work could not get me to shut up. I loved the extra motivation it gave me. I wasn't feeling hungry till about 6 PM . BUT I'm not sure if that was out of habit or not. It wasn't enough to make me want to snack before dinner though so that's good. Slept well that night. Day 2: ii actually slept in by half hour. Got up took my tablet I noticed I needed to constantly sip water as I was always thirsty. Had trouble sleeping this night was woken by neighbour's out front at 1 am and could not get back to sleep at all. Day 3: was a bizarre feeling. I took my tablet as usual even though I had hardly slept. And even though I felt tired in my body my mind was wide awake . I'd have moments where I just ed wanted to sit and relax but then I'd jump up to do another task. Two things I'd learnt about it on this day (saturday) I have way more motivation for general household tasks etc and I often start things and stop but I was seeing it through as far as possible. Secondly it is important to eat & you feel so much better when you do. As your body still needs food son long as it's healthy. When I ate I would find my body would burst with energy. Was so exhausted that night slept fine. =lost 2kgs Day 4 : had an action packed day still thirsty and dry mouth started. Took the dogs to a dog meet and then took one for a walk. Did gardening which killed my muscles. Day 5 & 6 Still sleeping find so think day 2 was just my body getting used to it. I'm feeling as the drug isn't as racy in my system I still have barely any appetite and increased energy with out feeling so fast paced. Weighed yesterday but no weight lost. Could be coz I consumed a few more calories. I'm trying to keep under 1000 . This morning I began my exercise and did 25 mins on the wii fit before work I also took a 25 min walk at lunch.

Day 6. Motivation and hyperness has settled down a lot. In a way I'm disappointed that I don't have that buzzing feeling anymore but St the same time I probably couldn't of hacked it for too long. still got up and did my 30 mins of wii this morning . On the go this morning so only had an orange for breakfast , a cuppa tea for morning tea so by lunch I was pretty hungry. That's a bit of a worry. But still hopeful. Weight this morning 108.5 kg

Day 14 So I understand why everyone starts all these diaries for the first few days then stop... When you begin this journey it makes you so hyper and motivated you have all this extra energy and don't know what to do with it. Your mind races a million miles per hour. In my case this has slowed down considerably. Tuesday to thursday I did 30 mins of wii fit in the morning and Friday I took the dog for a walk. Also Friday I made the decision not to take the tablet. No real reason just thought I'd try. This week my wii charger seems not to work so there goes that. But I have been really busy on my feet any way. I am hungry at times but doesn't take much to fill me up . which is the main thing. Today's weight is 107.6 kg total loss 3 .4 kg
