I am freaking out because I just found out I'm pregnant. I want this baby and I stopped as soon as I found out. I kno I'm only 3-4 weeks pregnant. I have been prescribed klonpins and been taking 1 mg in the am and 1 mg in pm regularly for 3 months. I also recreationally used 2mg or a quarter of subutex 4 times in the past 3 weeks. I'm scared I already messed up my baby. Someone please help! does anyone have any prior experience with this? or advice?

You haven't mentioned how old you are and why you are on those medications? Whether this is your first baby? In any case, not to panic - inform your doctor right away and let him judge your condition.
