I am 44 years old and I have just recently become a vegetarian. I admit that I feel better now that my stomach does not have problems with digesting heavy food but I am a bit concerned about my mineral levels. I am not sure that I have enough calcium, what should I do?

Well, the easiest thing is to check calcium levels in your organism. Just do a lab test and that will tell you if everything is ok.
