So I'm starting to consider at the possibility I'm pregnant. It's a bit of long story but I'm hoping someone might of experienced the same thing.
Back in April my period was late by two days according to my app ( not a big deal, it's only a guess and AF can come a couple days early or late) first day of last period was 16 of March ended 21 So me and my partner had done the deed on the 16 of that month (he returned from a three 5 week holiday the day before), 19th and 20th I had gone to the bathroom and saw red drops and red mixed in with CF so I assumed awesome it's here. Then it stopped. Two days later I realised I had thrush so I took ointment to clear it up thinking once it's cleared my period will start. Cleared up on the 26th of April and still nothing.
During that time I was having bad period like cramps as well as pain in my ovaries, feeling sick, headaches and bloated. 3rd of May I went to the doctor. They tested me for pregnancy via urine- negative. They wanted to do bloodwork and Ultrasound because they are concerned I am and it might be ectopic or too early to tell. Ultrasound showed nothing. Blood work was fine. Doctor has my results and says I have a 1.5 cm fibroid, my ovaries are a little swollen and I'm fine to just take this anti inflammatory to help with the ovary pain. He couldn't explain why my period up and left of the spotting. May 13 I finally get my period, it's heavier then usual which was strange to me since I've never had blood clots in when I've had my period either. And since then I've had them.
Lately since then I've had brain fog, very fatigued, badly bloated, frequently peeing, sharp pains in my breast, bad hip and back pain and now I'm feeling weird twinges in my lower abdomen just above my pubic bone along with ovary pain again. I was telling a friend I was feeling this way and she joked I might be and I said no the Ultrasound showed nothing until she pointed out her U/s when she was 7/8 weeks also showed nothing until she had another one done at 10 weeks. As well as heavy bleeding from something else.
I'm curious if anyone else has been in this situation or similar? I'm wondering if my fibroid was hiding a baby or was a baby all long. Thank you!

Did you ever find out if you were pregnant , what happened ? I have fibroids and have had many pregnancy like symptoms too, but I am still having a period, I have fibroids , bloating, nausea, my boobs gained weight ( got bigger), I have gained some pounds, increased hunger, lots of back pain and right side pain, fatigue, condemn broke in December 27th , neg pregnancy tests in Jan, February, ultra sound showed fibroids and cyst on left ovary, no pain on that side, don't know if cysts is causing this, or if fibroids are hiding something, also wondering what has other people experienced
