I'm worried some of the sperm may have stayed on my hand and gotten on my underwear and then into me

Two days ago, I gave a hand job to a guy, and he fingered me. I didn't see any, but it': possible that he had Pre-cum on his hands. After he came, i wiped my hand and put my underwear back on.  Im also worried some of the sperm may have stayed on my hand and gotten on my underwear and then into me. I took the morning after pill the next day. 

Do you think I could be pregnant? My period isn't until the beginning of next month so I have a really long time to wait to see.
