Hi I had implant in 2009 and had it removed either in late 2010 or early 2011. I had constant bleeding with it so got it removed. After getting it removed my periods went down to about 1 full day with a couple after of brown spotting and has never gone back to normal!! It lasted about 5 days before implanon. Now at first I was ok with shorter periods (less hassle!) but have been trying to conceive for 7 months now and am starting to wonder if this has done permanent damage to my fertility. Has this happened to anyone else???

Have you been keeping track of when you ovulate? You need to be sure of when you do so . I personally haven't had any type of issue like this.

Hi yes I know I ovulate and have had my blood tested which was normal. Just strange for my period to change that way. And I was only 25 when I had it taken out so don't think it's an age issue. Do you have implanon?
