I need information in telfast decongestant tablets. What is the mechanism of antihistamine drugs? I use antiallergic drugs very often because I am sensitive on pollen, dust and irritative substances which are present as air pollution. I tried with allegra-d. I would like to hear some opinions about telfast decongestant tablets.

Telfast contains fexofenadine, which is non-sedative antihistamine. Histamine is biogenic amine produced by the body. It is released in contacts with allergen substances.
Fexofenadine releases the symptoms like itching, inflammation of skin and mucosa, nasal congestion, redness of eyes and similar reactions.
Telfast is non-sedating drug, but drowsiness may occur. This drug should not be used during breastfeeding and in children under the age of 12.
