what you mean by the bleeding is her hymen breaking. this isnt a fool proof way of telling if a girl is a virgin (there isnt a way) as it can be easily broken with strenous exercise or just a knock to the abdomen area when she was younger, if you really loved the girl then you would trust her by accepting that what she said was true, if you are worried with the ease of insertion of your fingers or penis into her vagina and anus then you shouldnt be because some girls just have naturally loose genitals or it could be because of her own masterbation.
