Some girls aren't going to bleed on their first time with a man (Every woman and her body is different).
Some girls break their hymen from playing sports/riding horses (which is certainly not sexual one bit).
You may not have even "broken" her hymen (which is what causes bleeding).
So if she has been telling you again and again that she is a virgin she probably is!

Not all girls bleed the first time. Like said above, bleeding is usually caused by the breaking of the hymen. The hymen can be broken in other ways besides sex though, so its likely that she broke it either through masturbation or sports or something. Just trust your wife and be glad that the sex was enjoyable for her.
