I have a similar problem. urethra irritated at tip and tiny spot at the end of penis. Thought it might be an STD so got tested 25 days after last had sex and all tests came back negative, doctor told me not to worry and just gave me some emollient cream to put on it. But been using that the last couple of weeks and hasn't improved. I have tried wearing tight fitting underwear so that my penis doesn't rub against my clothing but this hasn't helped. I will try not washing my penis for a couple of days to see if this helps. I think it actually started being irritated when I had a swab done at the GUM clinic which was pretty harsh!

My son had an irritation at the tip of his penis on the opening.  He is only 5 and obviously doesn't have an STD it was really annoying and I couldn't get rid of it.  It was red and raised and then would get all flaky.  All the doctors would say is that it is an irritation of some kind.  The last urologist prescribed betamethasone cream .05 percent to apply three times a day.  This seemed to clear it up the best.  Hope this helps someone out there.

I DO HAVE THE SAME SCENARIO, RED swollen in the opening of my penis .. can anyone of you Drs. help me ? answer my question about this ? coz, i'm afraid of what will happen to me ,, is this normal? (crying), i had an experience of sex , but once only for unprotected ,, i'm so pissed of the moment.. Please help me solve this/

I have very similar symptoms and nobody can tell me what it is.  I've been to Dermotologist ,urologist,internal medicine.  nothing gets rid of it completely,but hydrocortisone cream seems to help the swelling temporarily.  I had this for over a year now.  It's very annoying and frustrating

Omg you just described my 4 month problem. I've been to doctors and they have no clue what's going on. They gave me flowmax and zipro for 4 wks. Didn't help. Long story short I'm having the same exact issues. Please tell me someone out there has been able to help. Please. If so please contact me, it's driving me more and more nuts every day.

I have a lot of similar symptoms and so far three doctors tell me it's balanitis.

I have used nystatin/triomcolone and another session of clitromizole.

Still has not cleared, very frustrating.

If anything worked for anyone please, please tell me what worked for you.

Hi everyone I had been tested for all stds except herpes. I had 3 exposures with csw protected. it's been 6 months ago. My symptoms are red urethra I feel sometimes there leaking there which is. And itchy body all over. Sore throat cold feet ringing in ears diarrheaa discharge from Anus numbness in hands when I wake up. White coated tongue pain in right chest. Bones clicking in whole body. Neck stiff. Pink spots appearing on thighs few and tummy n chest. I think it's hiv or syphillis could be herpes. I can't live no more. another thing my heart. Feels weak. I'm a male 26 yr old only had 5 females in my life. Dunno what should I do :-(

You have a terrible yeast infection and possibly a staphylococcus infection too. Fluconozole and Doxycycline will clear it up in a week. Get to the doctor asap

Apply monistat for a whole week when u go to bed at night and in the morning and afternoon apply a and d ointment hope that helps it worked for me
