Hello. I'm 25 year old male and I have never had any problems with my genitals so you must understand why I panic so much!
Recently I started to sleep with my girlfriend and I used condom almost all the time but, of course, there couple of times –I didn’t use it.
Recently I have felt some irritation under my testicles. It is very itchy and slightly raised.
So, I became very frightened because first thing that crossed my mind was that I could get some sexually transmitted disease.
Of course, also I don’t know could it be caused by some malignity.

Ok, I understand why you are so worried because every skin change an testicles looks a bit dramatic.
This does not sound like anything worrying such as testicular cancer - which usually presents as a hard lump in the scrotum, often with a dull pain - but rather more like a patch of skin eczema or similar.
So, you don’t have to worry about this.
Of course, it could be some sexually transmitted disease because some of them, at first, could cause some skin irritation spots.
So, what you need to do is to contact your doctor immediately and he will analyze your blood and you skin for presence of any bacteria.
But, sometimes, this irritation could be caused by some very trivial things like a sweat. Testicle sweating could be very irritable.
The fact that testicles often become rather hot and sweaty sometimes makes this problem worse.
If this is the case, than some crème could make your problems disappear.

iam 19 years old and my testicles are very loose and are 1 to 2 inches below my penis.It is very irritating with the loosy skin around my testicles while sitting n sleeping.is there any cure?? please help me.......
