I have irritation beneath my scrotum, between the back of my scrtum and my anus. It stays moist all the time, and it is irritated to the point where it hurts to walk, stand, move! I dont have an std, as was cleared recently, but it feels like a very intense rash.. HELP

Well, you certainly need to have it checked. We can’t make any suggestions because we can’t see your rash and irritation. Moist environment is not so good to be honest. What do you do to make it moist?
If it’s from the sweat, that may be contributing to the irritation.
I reckon that you could have had a rash that you scratched and let bacteria from the skin to enter. Genital area has a large amount of skin bacteria and if the upper skin layer has been scratched or broken down, bacteria could have gotten in and caused an infection.
This could have happened to you since your symptoms remind of such thing.
It would be wise if you saw a doc as soon as possible, so that you could clear the infection and get rid of the pain and discomfort as soon as possible because such infections could progress to more serious problems.
