Hello,

It's been more than a week that I have skin irritation on the lower part of my testicles and around 1-2 inches to the left and right of the testicles on my thighs. The skin is red and flakes which appears like its really dry. It scratches like crazy and I'm worried what the problem could be. Someone please help me out. I've been applying vaseline and body lotion but it just eases me for a minute and then it gets back to its normal state. Help please :-(
