Hello. I'm 23 year old male and you can't even imagine how terrified I'm right now. About a week ago I have noticed some red skin changes on my penis.
I thought it was nothing serious and didn’t pay too much attention on it but I guess I was wrong because in a day or two this red changes become very visible and itchy- like some kind of rash.
You don’t know how frightened I was when I spotted this because I suspect it could be some sexually transmitted disease. About a month ago I had unprotected sex several times with one girl and I'm afraid I’ve got infected.
Anyone had similar problem?

Hello. I think I could help you although I don’t think you should seek for help on this kind of places but to your local dermatologist.
You see, about a year ago I had almost the same problem like you. Some red rash appeared on my genitals.
It is not on my testicles and covers my penis about halfway up the shaft to the head. But, unlike you, I have contacted my dermatologist immediately and after he looked at it, he said that it is probably some fungal infection and prescribed me some antifungal powder called Nystatin and after two weeks of using it- the rash disappeared completely. He also told me that it could be from genital dryness and that use of some lubricants could be helpful.
So, I suggest you to contacts your dermatologist imidiately because solution could be trivial just like mine.

The rash could be a yeast infection or irritation – a topical anti-fungal ointment can help clear it up if that is the case. On the other hand, if you have had unprotected sex, it is a good idea to get tested. For itchy, dry penis skin, you can try a penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) to re-hydrate the skin and keep it smooth and supple.
