My mother thinks that Camphor should be used for little kids and she is suggesting me to bring it over a trip. I am supposed to travel next week with my family. We will go to see my cousins. Is my mother right? Should I take Camphor? Is Camphor harmful? My kids are 4 and 7 years old.

Camphor is not harmful but if used as doctor prescribed. Nevertheless, if you want to use it without expert advice your kids may be at risk. There were some reports that some kids died because of overdose. In kids, there is always a danger of ingestion or inhalation big amount of Camphor.
