Is Cytotec a safe way to induce abortion when administered correctly during normal pregnancies?

Dont take citotec it causes Mobius Sydrome in children ifthe bortin i not completed. I took citotec 10 years ago when I as a college student and could not have a baby at that time. But of course I could I was 23 years old but I think I would miss so many things if I had that baby. Well I took citotec with 7 weeks almost 8 of pregnacy. I had a bleeding like when the period comes and I thought I had aborted. A couple of weeks passed and I went to took a sonogram and the baby was there.

It was to late to make an abortion because I was almost 9 weeks, at the time wasy concern of the citotec  took and the pharmacist in my coutry said Oh no there is no problem if you want to continue with pregnancy , citotec does not cause anything to the fetus.

Well it did my daughter was born with Moebius Syndrome which means that she did not develop her 6th and 7 th cranial nerves, she has a facial and eye paralysis for life, plus many other nerves are compromissed bringing a whole bunch of problems. Go to the web page of the syndrome, it is known to be caused for a disruption of blood flow between weeks 5-8.  I have gone to a couple of conferences of parents with children with Mebius Syndrome and doctors there have been talking about the use of misoprostol and the link to Moebius syndrome.

Please dont do the same mistake I did. I wish I could turn back time and not have caused this condition to my angel because she suffers every day because of my decision. Children reject her because of the way she looks. You are never to young, out of money, in a budget to have a baby as long as it comes healthy. You might have luck and the abortion is completed but like in my case and many other mothers there is only a heavy bleeding and you believe you have aborted but no you continue being pregnant.

Now days I encourage women not to take this drug because it ruined my life and my daughters too. I was a catholic an became christian ad  nowod had forgiven me fr what I did.

hi.. can somebody help me out? I'm a 4 months pregnant and me and my bf is not ready to have a baby.. he's still a student and I don't have work to support my daily needs for this pregnancy. I took a cytotec 2 months ago. 3 orally and 2 vaginally but then nothing happened. I just got a very little bleeding that time and not a heavy one. days passed and I'm expecting for another bleeding but there still no bleeding happened. I got broke and can't afford to buy another cytotec until it reached 4 months but now I totally decided that I really need to terminate this pregnancy.. my mother knew about this but not the whole family tree and even my bf's family didn't know about this. do you think I can have a successful abortion using cytotec?

i found out that i am pregnant early as 1day then my bf bought me cytotec after 2weeks of pregnancy we went to hotel to take the cytotec, 2 are swallow and then the other 2 are inserted in my vagina.. and every 2 hours you have to take 2 tablets again so all in all  i take 12 tablets. and it work actually.

cytotec can help you to abort the angel on your womb, but still this drug is not meant for abortion. the dosage will depend on how old is the angel on your womb. i already tried to use cytotec when i'm already on my 6th week of my pregnancy. i swallowed 2 tablets of it and inserted 2 more tablets into the vagina. after 4 hours of waiting, i can feel the pain on my stomach. expect that you need to go to the toilet when you already feel the pain. i hope it can help.

no dinner, no cold drinks, take 2 cytotec and insert 2. then after 2 hours take 2 again,

Cytotec does induce if used correctly.There arenot for profit org in Europe that educate on safe abortion and you will get usage guideline.You need 12-200mg of Misoprostol..4 in morning, 4 in afternoon and 4 at night. ***this post is edited by moderator *** *** web addresses not allowed***

 

how many weeks were you pregnant? how many pills did you take?

I used Cytotec when I was 4 weeks pregnant. I took the first tablet orally and after 5 hours I had servere contractions. Then I had a small amount of bleeding and it all stopped. I continued using Cytotec for five days and I had gotten an upset tummy. The cytotec did not work and I continued to carry the pregnancy to term. I now have a beautiful baby boy. He is healthy and perfect in every way. I look at him and thank God daily for saving him and giving me a healthy son.

I just thought I would share my story just in case anyone decides to change their mind :)

What do you mean by taking 4 pills?Pills for a birth control?
