I am on the pill now for 4 months. Tonight my boyfriend and I had sex without a condom even though I wanted him to wear one, and I still worry. He pulled out before he came. Do you think I should take Plan B even though I am on the pill? I need to know soon so I can before it's too late. I worry about being pregnant so I am usually pretty careful and always take my pill but I did get diarrhea a couple days ago. Could this have messed up my pill effectiveness?

If he did pull out then the sperm wouldnt have a chance to reach your eggs, if youve been taking the pill it should prevent pregnancy and you shouldnt need a plan b pill.
