I must say that I have never thought menopause would affect me this much. Not only that I can’t sleep properly at night, it looks like I am getting more and more depressed. Since I am not that thrilled with using medications, can you tell me if there is some appropriate holistic treatment for depression?

I have to say that I have also had problems with depression but I have dealt with it with the help of medications. As for some alternative methods, I think that anything that would relieve you from stress is a great therapy, even simple exercises! Of course, you can always try with things like yoga, meditation, all sorts of therapies (art, music, and even drumming therapy!). So, just pick out what you like and do it!
