Hi all.... I am 18 years old and only had sex with 1 girl and the one im currently with, now i know these women don't have STD's but my problem sounds like a STD but im not sure... and im really scared its somthing like prostate cancer.. its only started recently about 1 week ago but the head of my penis around the (sorry for non technical terms) "pee hole" is red and irritated not sore but just kind of itchy.. and it hurts to pee, it feels as if the "tube" or watever you call it where ur semen and urine comes from, is slightly inflamed.... can sombody tell me its not herpes and its not prostate cancer

What it sounds like is some form of UTI or STI.
Just how do you KNOW that these gals have no STD? Were you there when they were checked? Have you been checked?

If it was the last one, you need to do the right thing and inform her of your symptoms.
It can be as simple as telling her that you're headed to the doctor and you think she should be checked also. It's for her own good. She may not know that she is infected...yet.

My boyfriend has the same thing and I know i didnt have an std and he knows he didn't sleep around so you might be right that the girls didn't have stds and give it to you either. Anyhow we are still trying to figure this out but I went to the doctor and it is not an std but a yeast infection. so he probably has either a yeast infection as well if it just itches or burns or maybe a uti ( urinary track infection ) if it hurt to pee. Both have an easy treatment. of course you want to see a doctor and make sure exactly what you have. Men who are uncircumsized are more prone to yeast infection. most men go though life not knowing they have it! Here's some home remedies:
for yeast infection: Garlic( clove or pills), tea tree oil, monistat creem ( same as women treatment) ( if it doesn't work itself add a drop of vinegar) Plain yoguirt with no sugar ( internally or externally) or if nothing works go to doctor for the antifungal treatment.
