I've been on Natalia birth control for over a year. When I have sex with my boyfriend I always get very paranoid about it. We had sex the other day without a condom for a couple minutes but he didn't ejaculate at all and wasn't even close. Do I have anything to worry about if he doesn't ejaculate? Or am I just being paranoid for nothing??

Hi Lilly,

Since you asked, you're being paranoid.

If you take your birth control as directed then the chances of pregnancy are very remote even if he ejaculates.  That's why you're using birth control in the first place isn't it?  It's a form of protection.

The pull out method is also extremely unreliable.

Precum can contain sperm. There is always a chance of pregnancy with or without birth control. The pull out method is unreliable at best.

You can not say that there is never any sperm. He CAN NOT TELL.

Don't worry about it, really. If you don't want to get pregnant than eliminate ALL sexual contact. That's the only way to be sure.
