Do all women bleed when they have sex? I'm only 13 and I won't have to worry about sex for a long time, but I was just curious because it scares me, LOL! :-D

Hi apple100. No not all women bleed during sex. The reason that some women do bleed the first time is because their is a think piece of skin inside of the vagina called the hymen. During sex the first time a girls hymen may be ripped, causeing bleeding in some women.
