Can anyone tell me the survival rate of a man in general good health, recently diagnosised with Renal caner, that has spread to the lungs, treach,and aorta?

Wow. I may not be a doctor but common sense would indicate cancer that has spread that far from the lower abdomen is not a good thing. In fact I would think it's a very bad thing.
You're asking the wrong people for that particular answer. Even if we knew the type of cancer and if you've had chemo or radiation thearapy, we're not qualified to GUESS your survival chances.
