Husband is been ned for 9 years of kidney cancer. Told us last week, he had some spots growing in his lungs. He told mw he was in real bad trouble He's 46 yrsl old Please tell me things that will work and not that he only has 4-8months to live.

The cancer is very problematic but when the cancer spreads to other parts of your body the problem gets even worse. The metastases cancer is harder to treat and he will need all the medical attention that it can get. I know that he might benefit from surgery and after the surgery he will need chemotherapy and radiation therapy to prevent the growth of the cancer and any further spreading of the cancer. Can you tell me if he is taking any medication right now? He has to continue with the tests and see what is the best treatment option for him. I hope this helped in any way.
