A part of my labia major has grown a piece of tissue that hangs down. What is this from? It is painless, has never caused a problem, but I'm self conscious of it. It's only in one side hanging down from the labia and it has no feeling or sensation. What is it? It's not a wart or genital warts or anything like that. It is just a long extension of a part of the labia????
