So I have an issue where my left minor labia is swollen and hangs down. It's been this way for so long that I can't remember when it wasn't because i just never paid much attention. But unlike the other posts on this issue, I haven't been fooling around and my period has come and gone multiple times with no change.
I asked my mom, and she says that I might be born with it.
But I want to know if there's something I can do about?
Because since it hangs down from my major labia, it constantly rubs against my pantie liner and becomes painful.

Please help. I'm only 16 and I really don't want to have to go to the doctor.
