I'm 19 male, I got differed from army selection a year ago because my knee caused me a lot of pain, I can't think or diagnose what it is. When ever I do long runs, walks or stand up for a long period of time because of this pain. When I fully extend my leg and foot, it causes me a lot of pain, it weeks like a muscle or ligament behind my knee. Can anyone give me ideas what it is? Thank you
